Seems like a good store a good range however didnt catch his name when i was in last night, but he needs to redo his customer service training had a issues with self service due to it not picking up a very light item this guy came over and his 1st thought was to basically accuse me of not paying for the bag even when i said i had he even scroll the
screen to double check then not even a mention of a sorry i can comfrim i always pay

The reason for the 2 stars review is that there are no wheeled baskets in Tesco stores across Glasgow city centre, including this one. You have to carry your shopping in a hand basket, and if you buy, say, 1 kg potatoes and 1 l of milk, it's already heavy to carry throughout the store. I mean, we are in the 21st century, all the other food stores in the area (Sainsbury's, M&S, Aldi) have wheeled baskets, but not Tesco stores. Come on, guys, can't you adapt? Do we have to carry our shoppings like donkeys?

Was in this store and what an embarrassment the male worker think he was a manager, shouting and being super loud just so unprofessional. I understand these workers have to deal with shoplifters etc but as a customer I expect the staff to be professional and what I witnessed today was far from it. I've shopped here regularly as does my daughter but after today I definitely won't be back.

This Tesco is great, it has everything you need from all the snacks like chocolates or chips, also it has house things like eggs and everything, they have self-buying or a cashier from them (the staff) if you want.

Rude and lazy staff and a total plonker on the door who thinks absolutely everyone even the regular paying customer are thieves. Avoid , go to Asda instead.

This is definitely not a Tesco express, it's basically a big Tesco, it's huge, a Tesco express is basically a corner shop. This place is bigger than most co.ops I've been to.

Used to be a good store now it's teaco Express there is never much left on the food lots of empty shelf's never mutxh veg and there dinner for two at 12 never anything there and it's just not just after 6 on Friday night

I feel good smell in bakery and good self filled and good staff friendly who the woman customer service told me have a lovely day te me and I say thanks to her. She was really nice chat.
