Absolutely shocking attitude and behaviour at the customer service desk by the blonde worker with glasses trying to argue with me when asking to not be rude to me while serving and having an overall bad attitude. I honestly can?t understand how they could possibly have a job working with people if this is how they behave

I ordered baked potatoe with tuna, spring onions & salad - what a let-down! Small potato, tuna had nothing in it & 3 lettuce leaves! I took it back to say no spring onion or wheres the salad - same dish came back to me with 6 tiny bits of onion leaves & an extra lettuce leaf!! Shocking!!!

Alcohol Fair enough ID away An energy Drink ? Its Just insane As an adult Being told No to an energy drink Before the gym Im just Raging at this to be honest with you

Terrible phone service. I called 4 times to listen to the automated message to find out Easter opening times and didn't get through. Once you get to the automated dept that gives the opening hour times then it says it doesnt know and hangs up.

Thank you to Chloe and all the staff at the cafe for the great service over the last few weeks whilst I was working in the area. My new fave place for a chai latte and cake! Breakfast and lunch options are great, all very reasonable. See you all again soon, thank you!

Want in to do my shopping a security guard followed me and then falsely accused me of being banned from the shop because i ?look like someone? this is unfair as i have a child i stated and complied multiple times that i don?t know who is banned i?m not them, they knew there name and i showed my ID and they still persisted it was me. They then told me to ?hurry up and do my shopping then get out of the shop? this is so disrespectful from the staff and security as i done nothing wrong and was shopping for food for my house. i will be going up very soon to talk to a manager because i am not tolerating this disrespectful behaviour towards me for simply dressing similar and having short haircut to someone i?ve never met. and even through my compliance and it was even me who walked in there direction because i saw them follow me since i walked in. i go here almost everyday for food and other things. i am a loyal customer but i will not be disrespected and falsely spoken about. if they?d jusr said ?sorry we got it wrong? that?s completely fine but it was the disrespectful attitude and then the security brushing me off when i went to ask further about an accusation AGAINST me. will be going up soon. to sort this out

Was in Tesco tonight to get my daughters nappys not even 3 seconds in the shop a security guard came up to me saying I?m not allowed in the shop and that I had to get out now also saying I have been banned since last year which is a load of crap considering I?m in there most of the week when I told him well go get your manger to talk to me he walked off. I told customer service about it they done nothing not even an apology. Won?t be back lost a loyal paying customer
