It?s a handy shop in the Battlefield location and with parking facilities. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful until recently. About 10 days ago I was in the shop and I waited patiently at the checkout area to be served. Stephanie, the shop assistant was busy filling shelves and going into the back & returning with more goods. After ten minutes of waiting she addressed me by saying?Are you waiting to be served?? I replied?Yes I am? She then proceeded to verbally berate me by telling me off because I wasn?t standing at the checkout till & how was she to know that I wanted served!!!? I was standing adjacent to the till!! I apologised and said I didn?t realise that I had to stand directly in front of the till!! She then served me but again told me off because I hadn?t stood in front of the till. Again I apologised but I couldn?t help thinking to myself, I only came in to buy some biscuits and I stood patiently waiting to be served and I end up being told off because I didn?t stand in the correct place!!! It put me off going back in to this shop!! However I did return three days ago and I was served by Daniel. It was an entirely different experience. He was so pleasant and kind ? I think Stephanie was having an ?off? day & I was the unfortunate customer who suffered!!

I am constantly singled out by 1 member of staff who ID's me for energy drinks although she states she remembers me. She is the only member of staff who does so. I live close so I am a regular customer. I tried to make a complaint to the manager who told me it's impossible to remember everyone although she has stated she remembers me. I am almost 30 years old and don't get ID'd by the other staff for cigarettes or alcohol usually, as they recognize me.

Seems to be poor at restocking sold out items at times, with some things taking weeks to be restocked and it's not a supply issue. Otherwise pleasant counter staff.

Friendly and helpful staff who have worked there a while. Limited parking, bus stop right outside and Pollokshaws station nearby. Has the basic stuff you would expect in a small tesco metro.
