Large Tesco store with a good variety or products. Has cafe inside and a subway attached outside. Also has a nail and brow salon, tanning shop and a gym opening on the upper floor.

Normal Tesco Extra, if you know what you need before going in, they will have it, the staff are friendly and helpful ?

I love this store normally but today I used scan and pay was selected to be checked the whole shopping. The staff checked all and took all my shopping out of the bag then just walked away? I don?t know if I should have expected less because a good service should have asked if I need any help to repackaged my shopping not just walks away and went to chat with his colleagues. Not very impressed.

Poor customer service. I acknowledge that not all staff in the store but from my experience with certain members, rude and unprofessional. If the man I dealt with in the st rollox store is the manager like he said, then the manager himself needs training in customer service. The white dude with long hair at self checkout and the ?manager? had a stinking attitude.

Don't even deserve one star, staff are shockingly discriminative !!!
The staff are too busy chatting away and rude, couldn't care less about you if you try to ask sth.
I was trying to find help about a product came across a male staff who was shouting to young child from minor ethnic group who as standing in front of him obviously frightened and started crying, the mum seemed shocked but NOT speaking English so she seemed very upset and helpless, after all the poor little child did not even do anything wrong! He was just standing in ur way!!!
Honestly appalling!

Purchased an outfit for my granddaughter that unfortunately had to be returned, and discovered the security tag was still on the item! Thankfully I used my clubcard which proved it had been paid for. Will be paying attention next time.
