Poor customer service at cashier by a girl named Aisha. I was trying to buy paracetamol, ibuprofen and saline nasal spray and with a lot of attitude was told I can?t have all three even though the rule is no more than 2 boxes of Nsaids, paracetamol or aspirin. I challenged her about the nasal spray and dismissively agreed to let me purchase it. Very rude and unnecessary behaviour. I?m a GP and know the meds otherwise this could have been someone needing help and been very discouraged. I hope something is done about this kind of behaviour..

I have shopped in this store for years and today I had the worst experience by a check out assistant. I am going on holiday and I went to the Superdrug Silverburn store to buy items for our holiday. I was informed that I could not purchase a box of paracetamol, Ibuprofen and sinus relief medication as there was also paracetamol contained in sinus medication. I explained that the sinus relief is not for me. I tried to explain that the sinus relief was for my son and the box of paracetamol and ibuprofen were to take on holiday. I was as immediately faced with an abrupt and confrontational check out assistant that was clearly very trigger stacked. I had ask if I could pay as a separate purchase or come back later to buy for my son and I was shut down immediately with the check out assistants confrontational manner. The woman check out assistant continued to say ?I don?t make the rules, I only work here and no you can?t come back later or pay for medicine separately?. I said ok I?ll take the sinus medicine today with my purchase and I said to the woman checkout that I was not being a problem I am not arguing with you, I wanted to explain how ridiculous this is and to save going to Boots the chemist or to come back another day. I was then faced with further hostility and push back. She stood back and stared at me and spoke to me like I was creating a problem in which I was not, I was only asking a question but that was a problem. So I cancelled my purchase that was over £50 and left the store with nothing. I would not have given this store the sale today due to being served by the most unfriendly check out assistant I have met in years. The Superdrug rules on the sale of Paracetamol is ridiculous, one box can cause paracetamol overdose, don?t need anymore than one box. I studied pharmacology. I have just been to Boots and purchased what I needed. Paracetamol, Ibuprofen for my holiday medicine bag and sinus medicine for my son without any issues. Explained what the medicine was for and that was all that was asked by the pharmacy staff.

I went to the beauty studio in Superdrug Silverburn to get eyebrow threading. she was very unprofessional and made these scars. Not once she made me comfortable and ensure if I was ok. She knew her method was causing scarring and she kept quiet. No hygiene in that place. Beauticians use a cotton pad and a fluffy brush to brush off the hair off your face but she used her bare hands to wipe it off. Not sure if she washed her hands prior to it. Never going back. Waste of £11. Don?t ever go to that threading place

Visited 1st Feb, young gentleman very helpful indeed ( short hair, painted nails ?, don't know his name). I was looking for a good Skin cleanser. Young gentleman really went out his way to help.
Polite, respectful, helpful and approachable. Excellent customer service.

I was asked when I got to cash desk if I wanted a bag and I politely said NO. She then proceed to bag my items and charged me extra for the bag. Disgraceful people should learn what YES and NO means.

Be careful if buying 3for2 offers on the counter facing the pay tills. Carmex Lip Care are in a storage space labelled £2. They are still on 3for2, but they are actually £3.99 each.

Avoid Superdrug nail institute in silverburn. I went yesterday for a manicure. The service was terrible, i dont even know if the woman was a real professional ! I had the worst nail polish service done. First the nail polish was very dry, she was putting inside the nail remover liquid infront of me. I was shoked ! As you can see today i already have the nail polish that disappeared from my nail. Judge by yourself. Dont waste your money there.

I went into Silverburn to be a model for Lianna and Becca as the were getting accessed for acrylics, these girls passed with flying colours and I had a lovely set of nails.
These 2 girls are a credit to your company so much so that I will definerly be a returning customer.
Keep up the amazing work girls, yous are very talented and professional.

£14 for an eyebrow wax. Therapist was friendly. I wasn?t happy with the shape and asked if they could be thinner, she pretty much said no as they would be too thin! I won?t be back.

I'm so happy to visited superdry hair saloon today. Karen is the girl who do my haircut. She is so friendly and her cutting is so neet. She is well skilled in her profession. I start living in Glasgow since 3 years before and can't find out anyone who makes a haircut what I want, but seriously she's so good, highly recommendedThanks Karen!!!
