Shocking and appalling customer service. Virtually impossible to get any kind of response, and no customer service number. I will never ever shop with Superdrug again - it?s not worth the stress. I?ll stick to Boots.

Got my eyebrows threaded by Zahra. I usually go to now brows upstairs from Braehead but decided to try here. Zahra tidied and reshaped my eyebrows in such a nice way, this is the first time I?ve actually been happy with the way my eyebrows have been threaded they looked perfect! Thank you Zahra! ?

Never go to this place for your eyebrows never. I asked for thick eyebrows treading and just a wee tidy up. The girl made a mess on my eyebrows ???????????????

You think you could maybe NOT hide everyday essentials in inexplicably stupid undiscoverable places, went in looking for something as simple as hand sanitizer was like trying to find intelligence on tik tok !

My wife and I recently visited the Superdrug store, and we were incredibly impressed with the assistance we received from Zoe. She was exceptionally helpful in guiding my wife through her makeup selection. Zoe?s vast knowledge in the makeup section made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
