The Superdrug on 167 Sauchiehall St, Glasgow the customer service is horrific. For last couple of months it has gotten worst , even at till they are so rude. I really don?t feel comfortable shopping there anymore I don?t need an attitude from staff when I am doing errands . However the Superdrug in argle street are supper friendly and they know how to treat their customers better.

As someone who works in customer service I GET it when you can?t be bothered with customers and don?t have the energy to be over the top nice but Jesus. The girls at the counter especially the one with the dark hair has such a weird attitude problem. Don?t get wot is so classy about acting miserable.

This store is so intimidating. You get followed around by security, which is really quite scary. And if you're browsing through any collections in any aisle the security literally stand in the aisle and watch you. Go to another branch or across the way to Boots. Not worth it.

Worst experience.Treating customers as thieves. Security and the lady at the cash counter worst. Zero customer service.

This is the worst Superdrug. Really rude unhelpful, not particularly bright staff, they are really letting the company down. Go to the Bucannan Galleries or Argyle St stores instead . Very unpleasant here.

Horrible experience, me and my friend came in to look for a hair product which we couldn?t find, we were making our way out when we passed by some body mists by the till area, where a member of staff was checking others out. I was smelling some testers while my friend showed me a lip liner next to me, she put it back and we left the place without purchasing anything. We walk for a minute when a member of staff approaches us to accuse my friend for stealing the lip liner, with no evidence. She makes us go back to the store and makes my friend show her exactly where she left the lip liner. Stealing is a serious allegation, she had no right to chase us on the streets and embarrass us, as well as shout ?are these the girls?? in the store the second we go back in. Looking at the other reviews it is not the first time this happens in this store, we will make sure to never go inside again and tell everyone we know to do the same.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star! Security and Staff are extremely rude. My daughter picked up a lip gloss and tested it on her hand. Security guard then came over and was really rude told us it wasn't a tester, I politely explained it was already open when my daughter had picked up, he then felt the urge to tell me two more times it wasn't a tester in a rude Manor. I then informed a member of the staff and she wasn't any more pleasant! I am.a Security guard myself within retail and I wouldn't dream of speaking to a customer how this male spoke to myself and my 12 year old daughter. All because she thought something was a tester as it was already open!!

The staff are incredibley rude and three members of staff hounded me and my friend. When she picked up a tester product they came marching over to tell us off and that we couldn't use it and when they realised it was tester they gave us dirty looks instead. When I walked past an empty packet from a stolen product they came and told me off and acused me of stealing until I assured them that I found it like that and they gave me a dirty look and talked about it too each other and acusing me, they never apologised for shouting. This was definitely not my first experience whith rude employies at this shop many other times I have been hounded by rude employees and given baskets when didn't ask for them or told off for smelling a scented setting spray and then agresivley told off for picking up products and told they weren't tester.

All the staff were kind and helpful during my time shopping there, girl on the till madison was great with all the fragrance and very patient answered all the questions I had about perfume ? Will 100% be back to shop xxxx
