had the most rude experience of my life. walked in at 8:30pm on friday. i was the only person in the place. the one guy working saw me, completely ignored me didn?t smile or say hello, there was no acknowledgment. then for 6 minutes after that he proceeded to phone someone and refill all the tubs with their food. after those 6 minutes he eventually served me. was very rude whilst serving me and wasn?t clear about the prices. absolutely horrible.

The staff asks if you?re using a student deal before you select your bread. At first, I thought they were just reminding us, but we realized they reduce the amount of food, like giving less cheese and chicken.

Very nice girl working today provided some great service. Very nice sandwich no mess and meat was amazing. This is my regular every 2/3 days. Highly recommend. Thank you

Bearded employee with glasses needs trained in very basic food hygiene ASAP. He went from mopping the floor to preparing my food without washing hands and wasn't wearing gloves, touching my food with his bare hands - nobody wants dirty mop hands all over their food.The hand wash sink, gloves and tongs are there for a reason, USE THEM. Also extremely rude to the customers. Would NOT recommend eating here.

Very rude got 5 subs and the guy had his jacket on serving and some of the subs were broken the bread asked to get it replaced he like should have told me before and I said mate ur the one is doing it! Never going back and please avoid this subway jokers!

Shop was freezing, workers were unprofessional and i felt quite offended.after i had purchased food i sat down to eat along with a roll from outside i was told ?eat the food from here or leave?. The till was often left unsupervised as staff where sitting behind it on chairs on their mobiles, when i went to purchase my food i was also ignored but then the worker acknowledged i was there and did serve me.
