????? Absolutely Fantastic Subway!
Wow, what can I say about this Subway?just WOW!
First off, the cleanliness is top-notch! Floors, counters, even the toilets?everything is spotless. It?s so refreshing to walk into a place that genuinely cares about hygiene.
The staff here are amazing, especially Shanon and Rona?super helpful, always welcoming with a big smile. Even when I faced technical issues twice while placing my order, they handled it with such kindness and even offered me free cookies! That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
Now, I live nearby, but before that, I used to travel all the way from Darnley just to eat here?even though there are four Subways near me there! That?s how much I love this place! The experience here is just different?clean, friendly, and welcoming.
If you?re like me and value a clean, friendly, Non Halal and top-quality Subway experience, Alexandra Subway is hands down the best choice. Highly recommended!

This place is empty at lunchtime for a reason,
If you are looking to pay 8 quid for a sandwich you have to take home and add more toppings for a morsel of enjoyment, then this is the place for you.

WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD. Avoid at all costs!!!! I watched the way they treat their staff here and I was appalled. The manager Rona and the way the older staff seem to treat the younger staff is awful. The cookies were good though.

i have been to this subway several times and i?m very pleased with the service i receive. great service,always kept clean and tidy. there counters are always fully stocked and look very impressive

Prices more than the advertised in store menu. Item was supposed to come with double cheese but gave single cheese. I thought charging me 39p more was for a bag but wasn't.

If it was possible to give no stars for customer service then that would be appropriate! Not sure if she?s a manager (Rhona or Rhonda) but if you?re looking to scare the kids away at Halloween then she is your gal! Attitude is appalling and totally out of order when serving customers. I believe there?s a deep rooted trauma or she?s been bullied at school because placing herself behind the armoured glass partitions are obv giving her some sort of super power. I?m so glad I wasn?t with my son when you served him because I do believe I?d be placing you in a 6inch and sliding you in that mini oven while slapping some sauce and salad on your heed. Writing this review is giving me a little release and refraining me from nipping in to see ya. Be a kinder person Mrs Manager and stop being so nasty to the wains.

was in this afternoon for lunch and i was made to feel quite uncomfortable as there was 2 ladies working, one older and one very young. the older one was being extremely rude and condescending to the younger girl who asked a clarification question on what to put through on the till system. the younger girl asked for help once and the older lady raised her voice at the girl several times and was huffing about having to help her

I've been twice and yet it feels like the staff first day, they've got no direction or seem to know how to work together. The management should be looking at this and trying to have someone with a little experience to try and help them out

Staff could not give a toss got order wrong despite me telling him 3 times what I wanted and the attitude was stinking. Poor customer service

I ordered food through Uber , but the driver asked to sign for the food without showing him what's in the bag. I was starving waiting my lunch for ages.The lady was so rude to the driver tho.I guess the driver is kinda representative of the customer. So make sure you treat everyone with the bestest customer service.Will never come again not recommend it to aaaaaaanybody

Have visited this store several times as it is near the hospital. Thankfully it has had a revamp and It is kept much cleaner now and seems to have had a change in staff. The two women who worked there a while back were very rude and openly spoke about the customers, other staff and just eat drivers. Food is nice and fresh.Parking: Parking is free if using the car park to the left hand side of the store.

I ordered footlong and this how artists made this. I think he needs more training to make sandwiches pulse he refused to give the student meal. He said we don?t do that, I don?t know why but it is how it is.
