Sadly they scrape the bottom of the boxes of food to give you left overs. Bread was old, at least 1 or 2 days old. Tasted stale. Very real lack of hygeine and service from staff. Avoid!

ordered through deliveroo, half my order was missing, sandwich was the wrong bread, can?t even eat the churro(it was rock hard) and no cinnamon on it and the sauce was missing(of course), pepperoni slice had like small bit of cheese on it and that was it. genuinely just a horrible experience and deliveroo won?t give me a refund.

The server shouted at me for mixing up Salads. I have been a loyal customer at Subway for a long time but this ruined it. Please take immediate action against the server.

Sharon who is manager gives very little toppings for the sandwiches compare to any other workers in any of the subway restaurant.

After ordering my subway the guy tries to tell me the toaster wasn?t working, little did he know I seen him turn it off minutes before because he didn?t want business an hour before closing. I said my order again and he said it couldn?t be done because of the toaster being broke which I said was fine. I asked for double cheese which I didn?t get as there was 4 slices of cheese on it and I wasn?t gonna start an argument over cheese! It didn?t help with the attitude I got from the worker. The sandwich was the worst subway I?ve ever experienced and that wasn?t because he turned off the toaster. Very poor service and very poor standards

Ordered a Tuna footlong. Gave me a really bad upset stomach. Something must have been off that was in my footlong. Really terrible to be serving off food or contaminated food that causes someone to get ill. Make sure you send clean fresh food, stop sending off food out and making people ill.

Ordered the foot long supremo because I?m vegetarian but when it got here it was a completely different one and had bacon or ham in it so I couldn?t even eat it. Phoned the restaurant multiple times and let it even ring out for a few minutes but nobody bothered to pick up. Uber eats only refunded me £3.75 which was absolutely ridiculous considering the whole order revolved around the main thing that I couldn?t even eat in the end. So 1 star not just for messing up the order but also for not even picking up the phone when it rings!

I ordered the sandwich and it was raw, the customer service was poor. The guy who made the sandwich didn't even ask which sauce I would like to have. I had to throw my sub. The staff was not helpful and were rude.

Staff behaviour is not at all welcoming and even tried to sell me a different sub. Also as other's pointed out was asked to pay before sub is made which is the first for me too.Vegetarian options: Only two vegetarian options are available Veg Delight and Veg Patty
