The people working there are cheapskates. I pay 7 pounds for a foot long sub, and the only thing I get is bread. When I confronted them, they said we only add this much, and they keep ignoring me. They literally add 2 half scoop of any item on the veg. I am eating bread with some salad and sauce.
People working there is the reason that subway is going to close.

The place is dead, I make my order, ask if I want anything else, to which I reply ?a Fanta and a rainbow cookie, please? the member of staff gets the cookie and finishes wrapping my sandwich. I?m left standing and I say you haven?t given me my drink. She checks and then tells me she?s hasn?t charged me for a drink, then proceeds to tell how much a drink is. Now correct me if I am wrong, is the meal deal not a sandwich, a cookie and a drink?? Should she not have double check if wanted a drink?? It wasn?t busy and I spoke clearly, I don?t understand how this happens. This subway has some of the worst customer service. Staff should be trained better than this.

As a serious Subway fan, I have to say that this was the worst experience ever. We had two sandwiches, each of which we took a bite and then threw away. The chicken looked very unappetizing. The sauces were probably the main problem. The sandwiches even stank. The service was unfriendly and the preparation of the sandwiches was not good. They put too much or too little on them. We should have known then. But the desire was far too disgusting. But the disappointment and disgust are even greater.

I have never seen such a poor service in any restaurant, Scarf girl doesn?t have any manners to speak with the customers, she is very rude. I don?t think people like her deserve to work in any restaurant. Instead of helping customers she try to scare them. Please take some action against her otherwise her this type of service would effect your business. I hope you would take strict action against her.

Got 6ish steak and cheese and foot long cookie it looked amazing and will be back the staff where nice and friendly and it was quick and easy to get what u want.

Just love the choice, freshness and fresh bread. Always friendly people and great service.Every single place though, very little thought is about the sitting in area... Usually dirty floors and tables and very un-inviting to sit in.
