The sandwich was good however the cookies were overcooked so I could not eat them ? the ‘manager’ was incredibly cheeky towards me singling me out amongst a queue, very bad customer service with unhappy customers

So unbelievably rude!!! Walked in and the guy who worked there was re arranging stock, he looked at us and just carried on doing what he was doing. We stood there discussing what we were going to have between us. Then we stood in silence waiting with the guy still going what he was doing and didn’t say a single word after...

Very rude staff the woman called Aazir was very rude to me. I asked for the chicken teriyaki and she didn’t even ask if I wanted cheese on it, she never smiled and when it came to asking me to pay she just went £10.50 no please no thank you nothing.
