I have visited this subway on several occasions and the male staff member has never failed to be invasive and rude to me.
Personal questions of a sexual and racial nature are completely inappropriate for customer service interactions.
I am surprised action has not already been taken against this individual as he has exhibited no shame in making these comments.
I implore Subway to consider their hires with more care in future.

I love the subs that I order and I think they turn out great. However for some reason they keep giving me the spicy cheesy bites with jalapeño when I order the regular ones through uber. This keeps happening on and off and I have no idea why. I guess I should just order them when I?m there in person.

I'm a regular customer at this Subway, visiting 2-3 times a week as it?s close to work. However, the customer service experience has taken a nosedive over the past 4-5 months. The employees, particularly one individual, have consistently shown a lack of basic manners. They neither welcome me nor express gratitude for my service. When I make specific requests, like asking for a particular salt in my food, they seem unwilling to fulfill their job responsibilities. There?s a specific employee who not only fails to greet me but has gone so far as to mock me, making inappropriate comments about my personal life. I was shocked when he mentioned hearing about me supposedly getting kicked out of a club, a conversation he likely had with a colleague. This breach of privacy is completely unprofessional.The situation escalated when during a recent visit today, I jokingly commented on the frequent request to show my student card to him over and over again, something no other staff member insists on. Instead of taking it lightly, the employee threatened not to serve me, claiming I was being cheeky. This is particularly frustrating considering the continuous disrespectful behavior I've endured, including sexual jokes when I initially started visiting this place by him. It?s disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct, and I feel compelled to bring attention to it. The lack of courtesy and the inappropriate comments have reached a point where it's affecting my overall experience, even though my sole intention is to get my food without any hassle. It's high time the management takes a thorough look at the customer service dynamics within their establishment.

I have visited this branch twice on 15.11.2023 and 22.11.2023.When I was paying the bill, it was said that the QR Code scanner for the reward points was not working and I was told that I would be given the bill and from that I can claim the reward points.I remembered to claim the bill yesterday only, but I found out that I was issued a duplicate copy of the bill both times and the Claim number isn't available in it.Now I am not able to claim the reward points anymore.
