Was in last week and the staff were all smiles but when I turned my back the look of disgust on her face as she made a comment about me to the other server was soemthing else all because she gave me the wrong change and barley spoke English they clearly hate serving white people never be back here again

What an absolute pleasure it is going in here. The staff are the best ever, they are always pleasant and engage in conversation with you. Their lipstick is amazing! The food is excellent, I usually have a chicken and chicken tikka salad and it is always prepared to look appetising. It?s the best subway around.

Staff do not change gloves when handling money and then dipping hands into the salad area to finish preparing sandwich. I recommend not paying before sandwich is fully prepared or tell them to remove and change contaminated gloves if they have handled your money.

Due to an error in ordering and paying via the app, I had to pay for the same order TWICE. I tried to resolve this in store and couldn?t get a refund - the order wasn?t even made at this point, no reason for no refund.The server couldn?t/didn?t help.The franchise owner ignored my emails (Subway website said I had to take it up with them and not subway HQ). Appalling service and there was no good reason why I couldn?t get the refund.

The sandwiches are great but the prices are marked up to the skies. When it's almost a fiver for a six inch and you can get a meal deal which has 3 items for almost half the price its shocking. I wont be back.
