Went on Saturday asked for gluten free bread counter was full of breadcrumbs did not change gloves and was touching other bread and chicken then asked me what I was having on my bread I said I can't eat that you have touched other things and contaminated my bread left shop not happy and staff was not amused I didn't take my roll

Awful customer service. won't return. unapologetically slow. painful to watch, too busy talking between themselves, that is when the girls aren't perched on counter on their phones. if you are veggie I advise against eating here, I watched a girl prepare a sandwich with the wrong salad, so she picked the salad back out of the chicken and put it back in the salad trays!

I think the ladies that work there expect me to serve myself. Walked in to order and one lady was sitting on top of a food prepping counter while two were just chatting. Walked out as none of them had any intention of serving me. Not even a hello.

Very poor experience, staff are lovely but things get a little confusing when trying to order from board that changes fast and can't have time to see and the kids meals on the board isn't what you get

Ordered from just eat phoned to check if my subs were gonna be toasted because it never said on just eat and she hung up on me TWICE subs were not toasted

One of the worst ever subway I have been in the recent years. I have been here several times but in the past 6 months, the experience has been really bad. The subway is marked as open till 10 p.m. but every time I be there well before 9 p.m., the staffs always say there is no sit in and it is only take away. When asked why, they have a cheap response stating they need to clean if we sit and eat. Customers pay to sit and eat and if the staffs are this lazy, then why even bother running the show. None of the staffs know how to even redeem the points. The subway does take part in offers and rewards but when asked to redeem, they just tend to showcase as though they do not know how to redeem the points even if the system scans the codes as expected. Either the staffs are poorly trained or instructed not to redeem any code and make the customer pay even if they have valid redeem codes. Will never even bother going here again.

I recently visited my this Subway, and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, greeting me with a smile as soon as I walked in. The place was clean and organized, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere. I ordered a custom footlong sandwich, and I was impressed with the variety of fresh ingredients available. Everything from the vegetables to the bread tasted fresh, and they got my order exactly right. Plus, I loved being able to watch my sandwich being made exactly the way I wanted. Overall, if you?re looking for a quick, healthy, and customizable meal, Subway is a fantastic choice!
