gave me italian herbs and cheese when i ordered italian white i had to double check three times incase i got it wrong but his could have easily been given to someone with a severe allergy everything else is correct tho thank god

Ridiculous attitude from member of staff about using self serve kiosk. It?s subway not Tesco. Pure laziness telling customer that soon they will have no option than to use self service in subway. On top of this having private discussions across the shop with other members of staff. Rude and would avoid.

Ordered a turkey salad with all veg and the spicy sauce
I got home to a box of 2 cm from the bottom of the box of salad.
3 bits of red pepper , 10 bits of lettuce , 2 cheese triangles , turkey , and some creamy sauce
Daylight robbery and appalling service.
Im writing a letter of complaint and will let everyone I know in this area to avoid this place !!

AVOID! Compared to other subways in the area this is sub standard (Go to Johnstone), Ordered a collection Salad and was just dumped in, hardly any of it, wrong items, hair in other salad ordered. ? Clearly needs to look at the standard of food being prepared!

I don?t like the new screens for ordering, it takes too long and the customisation is very poor I preferred it talking to staff the only one that said anything (the only ?male? member of staff) appeared to have a bit of an attitude, won?t be back, plenty of other options available.

Don?t order a salad! I use subway a lot but the last 2 days they have been meagre. Lettuce just about covers the bottom, 5 slivers of pepper, same for the onion. About a teaspoons worth of corn and would hate to see what a ?normal? amount of sauce is considering I asked for extra! Chicken was light too although they did give me an extra hash brown. Not happy at all and won?t order again as way too inconsistent me getting worse! Total rip off!

Second girl in assembly completely forgot to add thevrest of my wrap ingredients in. Ordered an Emperor wrap with no onions but ended up with a wrap filled with only chicken and no salad. Disappointing for the price
