I visited Cardonald Subway last night and was genuinely impressed. A young Asian girl was working, didn?t catch her name but she had such a confident smile and striking dark eyes that lit up the whole place. Her warm presence made the environment feel welcoming and pleasant. What amazed me even more was how quickly and perfectly she made my sandwich fast, focused, and professional. It?s rare to see someone combine beauty, confidence, kindness, and such strong work ethic. Thank you for hiring ethical and pleasant staff.

Lovely workers in this subway. Great service. My daughter lobed their tomatoes and gave her some in a little box for free. Lovely guys

As we came in, the 2 female asian didnt ask my friend if he wanted his cheese and toasted, adding cheese to the bread when he didnt want any and started to moan that they had to remake it. Following on they managed to mess up another 2 orders by switching the breads in both of them.

I asked for it to not be toasted and they toasted it the person at the till told me to ?hurry up? even though no one was in the store and I was doing trying to login to the the subway app then she said can you just pay with card or cash and after I found out it was toasted they said that I asked for it toasted and they wouldn?t remake or refund it absolute joke.

Asian female staff member totally inept, standing around for a long period before actually putting a sub together, it really shouldn't take someone so long to lift meat or a substitute from a tub onto a slice of bread, as well as this i wasnt asked for salad and sauce, then toldcould only have what was originally on the sub, she stood paused after this and was acting very aloof. Her Attitude was shocking. Awkward place to eat and the staff dont make it any better.

Just been in this subway customer service was shocking no welcome no interaction no salad or sauce offered female totally disinterested no thank you when we said goodbye and once again no reaction I think this is probably not the right job for this female

The boy who was working tonight 30rth March 2023 @ 7.50pm was great very helpful and very accommodating. Would visit again down to this experience.
