Owner doesn't pay trainees properly which is why there's new people every day. Gave benefit of the doubt amd stayed for 2 weeks but was robbed of a whole weeks wages and paid from his personal account for a out of about 9. Don't apply to work here. I have already warned indeed and other job sites

Visited 9th April 2024 Granddaughter just wanted chicken bacon & cheeseNo salad or breadWanted it hot, 5 small bits chicken 2 wee strips of bacon & two small slices of cheese put in a large box cheese was stuck to bottom of box for £5.49 Shocking ! ! Rip off !staff should have explain the priceSince she was not taking salad or bread to let it look something Certainly won?t be back !!Had to put one star to get on to reviewReally no stars ?

SUBWAY- Anniesland Cross, Glasgow, G13 1LT. Bought a foot long meatball marinara £6 - staff member put bread and cheese in toaster and wrapped it up. I then asked where?s the meatballs? She was not happy (sighed) and then put the meatballs in which I assumed were hot. Got home and they were freezing! I phoned and staff member who?s English was limited said it was my fault for not asking for it to be heated. I?ve never seen anyone receive a cold meatball marinara. If I could give NO stars I would. I will never step foot in that shop again. There certainly is no customer service in Subway at Anniesland Cross! If my business was run by staff in this way I would not have one.

Staff were rude and unaccommodating. Place was too full of school kids, should have a better queuing system. Other customers were completely rude to us as well - which is unacceptable the staff should have stepped in but did not care. It?s not hard to be nice!

Shocking customer service, extremely rude staff and very unaccommodating. Telling us (students) the student deal doesn?t apply to us? Will not be back to this store. Too full of school kids meaning service was slow and other customers became rude with us because of this.
