I ordered nachos from Subway and paid £3.99 for what looked like an afterthought thrown in a box. The cheese was barely melted, the chips were soggy, and worst of all ? there were visible black specks on the food and container that looked like rust or dirt. Totally unhygienic and unacceptable.
On top of that, the staff were rude and clearly didn?t care. No basic customer service, no effort in food preparation, and yet they still had the nerve to charge nearly four pounds for it.
Absolutely disgraceful. I won?t be returning, and I seriously hope this location gets inspected. Customers deserve better

This subway needs to get a grip!! £6.49 for a kids pack? Some slices of cheese in a 4inch bun, with a cookie and water! I know inflation is a thing, but come on.

Incredibly rude staff and quite possibly my worst encounter with ?customer service? to date. Never had issues with any other subway stores, the two guys on shift didn?t seem to have a clue what they were doing, had to give our order 3+ times, stopped making one sub half way through for a cigarette break, announced they didn?t have stock for all sides ordered, dolloped an insane amount of mayo on one sub then proceeded to try and squish the bread together with it all spilling out. Told them just to leave it and we left. Staff member shouted to me that it was my fault because I chose salad?? Errr?.

Bread was hard and turned to powder, obviously yesterday's bread as a lot of these subway shops do. Won't be eating out here again. Staff friendly but bread terrible.

Terrible quantity in the side, missing desert and a completly cold, uncooked sub. Got delivered just before restaraunt closed, wonder if that is why they decided to just hash it out before it was even cooked. Ordered through uber, got refunded right away so thats a positive for uber service. Safely say wont order from here again

Got home and started tucking into my Itallian BMT. Thought it tasted a little chemically, like the smell of melting plastic. I assumed it was my recovering COVID taste buds trying to figure out what I should be tasting again, or the bread sitting in the silicon mold for a little long. Commented on it to my partner, but ate the whole thing anyway because I have no self control and the flavour was masked by sauce etc. 6 hours later I go to the bathroom and suddenly realise that I have a VERY upset stomach. You know that way when every cell in your body feels like the taste of that bad food you ate!? I realised that I could still taste the plastic taste but at this point my mouth tastes more like sour meat than plastic. I then realised that the thing I could taste all along was the smell of bad meat. Like when you open a pack of raw asda chicken, a sour smell hits your nose, you realise it's out of date, then bin it and wash your hands. I have that smell as a taste in my mouth right now and it's scaryAll I can taste and smell is that sour flavour and I can feel my body gearing up for a night praying to that porcelain god.Every other time I've eaten here its been cool. That said, it's always cool until it isn't rightWish me luck

This place is a joke shop , upon arriving for a subway got told they have no BREAD,,,, SHOCKING!!!!!
