Since this subway is not Halal we only eat Tuna from Here and in my sons sandwich it was tikka mixed
When complaint there was no manager in the store just after 2 pm
Nd staff on duty quickly grabbed and binned the sandwich thankfully i had taken this picture before showing them

The manager or the owner was shouting at the workers right infront of me and another costumer, they also made my sub and i ended up finding a bunch of hairs in my order when I got home, the place also had a weird smell as if something died in there, overall a horrible place by far the worst subway I?ve ever been to.

Food was good but attitude from management staff was horrible and abhorrent. one of the girls was nice but there was a man who i think runs the place talking to the staff with a horrible tone which seemed to make everyone feel uncomfortable. i seen him giving grief to the staff for loads of stupid things where they was clearly already busy, absolutely ridiculous especially from someone who is representing a bigger company. prices was also through the roof compared to other subways, i will be going else where from now on.

I have been to many subways, but this subway staff really dont know to make good stuff. There is junior staff to learn, which I really appreciate but they must be guided well. They do not put the ingredients they should. I think what they will be pit in delivery orders would be empty dry burgers.?

New staff 2 lovely new ladies 1 i think is polish. I work in the forge and don't come here because of the small blonde female who may have left . She is rude and has no customer skills. Will be back if these new staff are on. Ps the brie melt was lov.

Overcharged. Asked for white coffee got nothing of the Kind charged us 17 pound but when they ran it back it was 16 charged us more as usually we spend around 10 but they added additional charges like double meat which we did not ask for. Poor very poor subway lost a customer.

We came here for lunch and ordered 2 6 inch subs, mine was ham and grated cheese and the cheese was put on sub with a tiny scoop!!! It was a tiny amount and hardly covered sub... asked if we could have a bit more, her reply it will cost you more!!!No chance after an £11 order and hardly any cheese put on it. We've never seen any subway using a small scoop!!! And also we've been to many subways and the portions have been much better. Staff not very friendly.

Great subway, cheap and cheerful, hygienic for being in middle of a busy mall, don't see that level of cleanliness often when in mall but they really keep on top of it in here, bravo
