Should have a zero stars option. Avoid this store if you want a decent sandwich.
A lady (who claims to own the store but couldn?t remember how to make the sandwiches without looking at each ingredient for long periods) served me and my wife a footlong each, after she made them she told us to that we weren?t allowed any salad on our sandwiches, then said she had to charge us extra for the salad or charge us for each ingredient added as it?s a custom sandwich now, then started being passive aggressive to us. She clearly has no clue what she?s doing and I felt embarrassed for her to have the brassneck to try milk more money out of us for a standard service in Subway.
Also, the sandwiches were out of date or something else because they didn?t taste right, so freshness obviously doesn?t apply either to this store.
If you want a subway sandwich I?d avoid this place and go elsewhere. I?d be surprised if this store is open much longer if that?s the standard behaviour and service.

Will not be coming back here again!!! Absolutely horrid service from the lady that works here - very passive aggressive. We ordered a footlong and a 6inch, she put the wrong toppings on the 6inch and we asked her to just wipe it off and we would still take it. She wouldn?t let us and said you can pay and take it or pay and bin it- when it was her own mistake. We told her we would not be paying for this and asked if she could make a new one. We stated clearly to her what we wanted yet she made it seem like we were wrong. She very passive aggressively through the 6inch in the bin and proceeded to act inappropriately for a subway staff member which was seen in her attitude and mannerisms. We eventually got our order however left very unhappy and we?re charged extra for our footlong.

First of all - wouldn?t have even given any stars at all.
Absolute s*** show of a store
Went in to order food but it as if the staff have a grudge against for no apparent reason
Even when they make your sub, there?s hardly any meat and salad, definitely not made with love. Tastes awful and the service from the staff is appalling. I order in many other subways, and have gained points to spend but every time I go in to spend it - staff reply saying ?points system is broken?
This is the only halal store that?s closest to me, and it?s run by some ignorant individuals who do not care about people.
Any other store I have been to its perfectly made, with fulfilling amount of ingredients and served respectfully.
Wouldn?t recommend anyone to come here. AVOID AT ALL COST

I really need to think how this is one of the biggest food brands worldwide mean while the staff can?t do the most basic of things. I went about 12:30-13:00. The line was massive but I was there early I ordered a hearty Italian bmt NO CHEESE toasted because cheese makes me very sick. They make my sandwich wrong and I tell them and they start trying to make it my fault that they don?t understand basic instructions but they still remade and gave me herbs and cheese this time and of course they all gang up on me to try and make it my fault but still remake it.After a 20 minute wait I had some food and took about 2 bites and everting was fine then I went back for a 3rd and smelt the worst stench I have ever smelled and I past it to my friend to see if it was just me but he said it was to. Stupidly I thought it was normal and took a bite I instantly spit it out I start feeling very sick and my throat started closing up I am still in bed extremely ill.Subway have some standards

Went to this Subway at 9.30pm 30 mins before closing to use a promotional voucher. I checked on the Subway website to make sure this store was participating. I walked in, the member of staff looked at me and made a face straight away. I walked up to the counter and asked if I can use the voucher, she made a sarcastic smile and said 'okay' and then instantly changed her statement to 'oh we're not accepting these' even though I told her that it's date has started and I've checked on the website. I firmly believe I was refused this just because there was 30mins left before closing and the staff just didn't looked bothered at all!
