When ever i go here I am never disappointed, food is always freshly made and delicious. The place is always very clean and very well maintained. Hygiene is excellent! The staff are always especially today are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. No matter how busy it gets the staff are always still very attentive.

Ordered food from here this afternoon around 1:15 and it was absolutely brilliant experience,service was so quick my subway was pipping hot definitely will be ordering from here again was my first time in this subway and defoz not the last.The shop was nice and clean sitting area was tidy The girl made sure I was happy with my order.The girl that made my subway was so nice and friendly.She made Food was nice and warm, every bite was so tasty 10/10. Best subway so far

Guaranteed to feck up your order every single time you order ahead, no matter the time of day. No cheese, bread never toasted (if they even have/use the correct bread), half the fillings missing, other half barely there. Probably only operates as a money laundering operation. Avoid like the plague.

The most disappointed I?ve ever been in subway. The order had missing fillings, no cheese, Bread wasn?t even toasted. Usually subway?s subs are oozing with things and are the messiest. This was without a doubt, the worst delivery ever. Victoria road?s staff are chatting away and don?t even listen to what the customer wants. We had a big order, and specific instructions on what filling to put in each sub. My five year old brother is allergic to tomatoes, and we SPECIFICALLY told them not to put that in one sub, and we get a ton of it inside his one. Subway just lost six customers thanks to your staff?s inability to follow instructions. So thanks for nothing, and zero stars. Horrible service and staff attitudes. I am disgusted.

tried phoning the store as i received my order to complain the whole order was stone cold and they can?t even answer a goddamn phone so don?t think this store has any good customer service or support so won?t be ordering anything else from this store again so they have just lost customers this store better up there food quality and there customer service game or it will eventually be closed down for gross negligence not happy
