Great place for lunch! Unfortunately, they no longer offer the Sub of the Day, which used to be a great bargain, but the food is still fresh and tasty. The best part? It?s fully halal, making it a great option for a quick and convenient meal. Plenty of choices, from classic subs to salads, and the service is always friendly. If you?re looking for a halal Subway in Glasgow, the Herriet Street branch is a solid choice!

Inadequate pest control with flies inside. Last time I came in there was a dead fly in the chicken tikka tub was assured it would be replaced but still disgusting that it had happened/wasn't noticed before.

Staff are friendly and shop is very clean, but this is the second time I've ordered on the app for collection with mistakes. The first time there was a six inch in the bag instead of the footlong I'd paid for. And today, all three subs were made on cheese and herb bread instead of plain, and the veggie subs came toasted even though this wasn't requested.
Very disappointing when staff don't respect the order placed. We're hardly going to unwrap each sub to check the spec whilst stood at the counter. Don't use the app. You have to go in and watch the staff prepare the food. They don't really care about their customers or repeat business as I'll not go back now.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered two foot long sandwichs, carefully unchecked certain ingredients, and made sure my instructions were clear. But guess what? They ignored everything. They stuffed it with vegetables I specifically didn?t want?as if they were trying to get rid of leftovers.
And the worst part? There was barely any meat. Just a few miserable chunks lost in a mountain of unwanted greens. When I opened the wrap, vegetables were spilling everywhere, a complete mess. It was sloppy, careless, and honestly disgusting.
This place has zero attention to detail and no respect for customers. If they can?t even follow simple instructions, why are they in business? Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares. NEVER AGAIN.

Pure disgraceful. Went in to order 8 subs and the staff waiting until the last minute to say we are out of lettuce despite it being in the display and then had the cheek to say its for deliveries only. Also scanned my rewards card and it should have been 30% off which i didnt get. Not the first bad experience here seems to get worst every time i visit. Gone down hill big time and would recommend you dont waste your time there. Prices have had a hike and you would be better of going anywhere else but here!!

Ordered at the actual location, very poor amount of salad but heavy on lettuce. My main problem is my 30% off any sub was removed by the server as I saw £4.09 as the total after it was scanned and ended up paying £6.19. very deceptive

On 23/04/2023, I visited here approximately 5 minutes before the official closing time. Despite the fact that there was still ample time to place an order, I was abruptly informed by the staff that they were closed and refused to serve me. I found this response to be both unreasonable and disrespectful.As a customer, I understand the importance of adhering to business hours and respecting the staff's time. However, I believe it is equally important for establishments to prioritize customer service and accommodate reasonable requests, especially when the closing time is still a few minutes away.The refusal to serve me, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the staff, left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Such treatment undermines the positive experiences I have come to expect from Subway, and it reflects poorly on the reputation of your brand.I strongly urge you to address this matter with the utmost urgency. It is imperative to reinforce the importance of providing courteous and accommodating service to customers, even during the final moments before closing time. This incident not only tarnishes the reputation of the specific location but also has a negative impact on the overall Subway brand image.
