They sell large dining tables but only give 4 chairs with almost everyone forcing you to spend almost £150 more per chair. Don't bother looking for a dining table here unless you need only 4 chair or they rip you off

Was in the London Road shop today. The older woman with glasses at the back in flooring department was annoyed when I asked where the LVT was. I disturbed her moaning gossip with another younger male member of staff. I was pointed in a direction but she couldn't get off her backside to help. As soon as that encounter was over, she returned to her chat with other staff. It's a shame the nicer and more helpful staff are tarnished by this useless individual.

?A Frustrating Journey with Sterling Furniture?
Update to the below review-after the eternal wait for the couch it is now falling apart after 2 months, no replacement offered. Just don?t bother with this company it?s not worth it!
The Eternal Wait: Sterling Furniture?s delivery timeline has been an exercise in patience. Initially promised an 18-week wait, I soon found myself facing an extended period?now 23 weeks?for a single 3-seater couch. Communication during this time has been sparse, with Sterling attributing the lack of updates to a separate delivery company. It?s disheartening to pay for an item and feel completely in the dark about its progress.
The Mythical Settee: The settee itself has become a legend. Forgotten in the haze of waiting, its appearance remains a mystery. Is it plush and inviting, or a disappointment? I can?t even remember what it looks like it?s been so long, but Sterling?s handling of the situation leaves much to be desired. Perhaps they?re too busy stargazing to provide meaningful updates.
In summary, Sterling Furniture?s customer experience falls short. If you?re considering a purchase, be prepared for an endurance test. As we await our elusive couch, we?ll raise a metaphorical glass to resilience. Sterling may not control time, but they?ve certainly tested ours. ?

I recently purchased the Serenity sofa and arm chairs. It is incredibly comfortable. It looks great and the fabric quality is superb. The staff in the shop were extremely helpful. The delivery staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend buying from Sterling ?

Very poor service, I would have given them minus 10 stars if I could. am absolutely disgusted with the appalling service I?ve received. After waiting over 12 months and paying nearly £2300, my order was finally delivered today, only to be met with faulty, subpar items of shockingly low quality. The delivery driver himself was so frustrated by the state of the goods that he immediately took everything back?something I never expected would happen. To make matters worse, I?ve been told the replacement items won?t be available until mid-December, and on top of that, they **refuse to offer any compensation for the enormous inconvenience and disappointment caused. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I?m beyond frustrated. Utterly disgraceful.

Salesman was very good but unfortunately sofa we liked would have been too large for small room. So we couldn?t go ahead and commit to buying.
