I was in today around 8pm, and the attitude of the staff was stinking. It looks like she had a problem with me or something. The coffee tested awful west of money and time awful.

Awful experience especially behind the counter staff .looked for all intensive purpose they would rather not be the and for a coffee shop to claim all coffee machines are broken and I'm supposedly to believe these machines will be working for the start of next shift .terrible

Every table was filthy with used cups and litter and the floor was filthy also. The premises wasn't particularly busy and plenty on staff to clean up. Very disappointed.

Never fail to be disappointed at this branch. Staff on till could not be less engaged she never looked up, no eye contact took order with no please or thank you. Was in at 7 pm given drink in paper cup not mug no enquiry if I was sitting in or taking away, when I got upstairs I discovered why I wasn't asked as all the mugs were sitting dirty on the tables upstairs. Toilets not clean and floors oddly slippy . If one thing this presentation is consistent with my last experience. I only went here as the competition closed soon after I arrived. Writing in the hope it can be turned around.
I see I am not the only person with negative experience here. Interested in the fact there's no feedback for Starbucks to acknowledge the poor reviews .

Atrocious service. Had to wait at least 20 minutes for an order. Staff could not have cared less. Very nonchalant and having personal chats in front of customers. Awful experience. Staff require extra training.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Silverburn, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The place was unclean, with tables left dirty and a general lack of tidiness throughout. The staff appeared disorganized and were slow to take and prepare orders, despite the café not being overly busy. Worse still, they seemed indifferent to the quality of service, with little effort made to engage with customers or ensure satisfaction.
Given the usual high standards expected from Starbucks, this location fell far short. I hope management addresses these issues to improve both the cleanliness and service for future visitors.

Place is disgusting and the customer service is cerys poor and upstairs is filthy tones of cups the tables need a good clean wouldn?t recommend!!

Came here as hubby likes the fruit toast. It's expensive for a ¾ full tall late. I'd already had to correct 2 mistakes couldn't be bothered on a 3rd time. Would I come back? I won't on my own only if fruit toast is required!!

This store is absolutely filthy. The stairs look like they have never seen a mop in years.the toilets are disgusting staining and a mountain of filth and dust that looks like it hasnt been cleaned for a long time. Cups and spills left on tables despite not many customers.The coffee is the same as ever other starbucks so coffee and food are ok. However the shop its self is filthy .

Coffee nice, upstairs is a pigsty, cups and plates left on the floor and most tables, and not cleaned up including the tables with spills.
I was there at 4pm on a Thursday no queues and four staff all happy and chatting, but ignoring the mess upstairs.
To make it worst there at least used to be a bin and a place to leave dirty cups, now gone.
This is not the first time this Starbucks has been like this, it is very commonly like this.
Will start going to Costa across from Starbucks, that looks clean
