Ordered a tall filter coffee, usually get this as it's super quick. No filter coffee available, would I like an Americano for the same price? Not wanting to wait too long, as I had to be somewhere else, I said yes. Waited a while for the order, collected my order and rushed out as I had to be somewhere. Reason I waited so long was they had brewed the filter and they gave me the wrong size. Didn't realise until I was back at the car.
Also bought Halloween pumpkin chocolate brownie, a bit expensive for the quality.

Walked in to get a quick bite with my daughter. Food and drink is overpriced for what you get. They are unable to make a complete order ready at once to collect and rely on you hearing the person at the counter mumble your name multiple times. Their idea of customer service is taking multiple orders and making everyone stand about waiting in a huge line crowding out the restaurant area. This business model needs to manage throughput and keep the crowd down. Mess everywhere and no cleaning going on that i can see, ive just watched some people sit down and start eating at a dirty table as they have no better option. Better coffee shops about and better within the confines of the centre.

I've visited this Starbucks outlet a couple of times to meet up with friends for a coffee and a chat. Plenty of parking at the shopping centre. Wheelchair accessible and accessible toilet on the ground floor. An excellent selection of cakes etc and drinks. Good big premises with plenty of seating. Good service from the well organised staff.

The customer service at the Glasgow store was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards set by other stores in the area. The staff showed a lack of willingness to assist us, and it felt like discrimination. Despite my willingness to dine in, I walked away because of the poor service.

Sadly these days good customer service can be difficult to find. Lucky to get a please or thank you and god forbid you make a remark about something not being right!That is why I checked the name badge of the staff member who I seen today who proactively approached 2 new mums with their babies. She said to them not to bother going up to counter to get their drinks and that she would bring them over herself when ready. Her name was Gail. Starbucks take note!
