Ordered the same drink I order at least 4 times a week from an other Starbucks and was met with if you want light ice then the cup won't be filled, I said that's fine, it's how I always order. A lime refresher, light ice, lemonade and strawberry bits instead of lime. When the girl was making it and the cup was full; the girl who served me made a point of stopping serving to go over and ask if she'd used the measurements cos it shouldn't be a full cup. There was no strawberry bits, so I asked them to put them in it, when I left and got into the car, I realised after I'd taken a sip ; it was made with water and not lemonade/ ?

Tables not cleared, had to do it ourselves. Had my sandwich and tea next to littered, dirty floor. Will not be returning. Back to Costa.

Very poor indeed! 1 star is to good! Serious questions about hygiene practices as well as the completely inadequate staffing! Food and drinks were not good either.Attended today at 1300 for a lg hot chocolate, m skinny latte, sandwich and fruit toast. All had issues and feel I wasted my money. Unfortunately, as they were so busy complaining was not an option. Bathrooms were disgusting and unclean and when tables were cleaned they just removed papers and dishes but did not wipe or clean anything.Clearly poorly managed and seemed to be short of staff. Staff that were there looked like they would rather be anywhere but there!Very disappointing!Don?t waste your money as they certainly don?t deserve it! I have so much more to say and would be happy to hear from a representative.

My favourite coffee shop, always busy but the staff are all so lovely and friendly I don't mind waiting, coffee for someone who has to have decaf is sometimes strong but it's so nice.I can drink without sugar, Winner!Dietary restrictions: They have the button to push for the disabled to open doors and after 12 yrsbeing wheelchair bound it's one of the simpler things that helps, dietery requirements they do quite a few types of milk and decaf, not sure about anything else but they seem to address the most obvious issues, keep up the good workWheelchair accessibility: As above disabled door push button
