Staff is nice enough, but the place has really gone downhill since the refurbishment. The queuing system is confusing and I don't like how everyone is now corralled into one big (noisy) room upstairs. It was much nicer with downstairs seating.

Nice place, welcoming staff, but they got our order wrong. They immediately changed the drink to us by offering us the first one.
