Waited to order two lattes for around five minutes with no one else in the queue. The guy behind the counter totally ignored me whilst doing nothing and then the woman there decided to serve someone before me who?d just walked in. Rubbish service.

Young, friendly staff sadly not engaged enough to get the timing right on some toast and coffee. Took my name but didn?t shout to tell me my coffee was ready (I?d almost finished my toast) so I had to get up three times. And? their coffee is STILL (after all these years) average at best.

Girl behind till with glasses is very rude.
Elcianny is her name. If a person has ordered a drink a certain way for years and was previously a batista for Starbucks, how are you arguing with them about how a drink is made. Then to get mad because Then customer informed her that's how it's done. No, thank you, they will have your drink over there, Absolutely nothing. Couldn't wait for me to leave so she could gossip about it with the barista making the drinks, as I saw her gesture towards me when leaving.
Very busy, only 1 batista making drinks.

Love a Starbucks but where I walk up to the till and look like I?ve just asked for 183 coffees it felt very unwelcoming. Chewing gum with an open mouth whole serving was very off putting.

I went there back in 15th November of last year. The place felt great to have a coffee. Wonderful to spend quality time with some drink and snack. The store was aloof as it was closing at the time we visited.

Unkept, filthy. Was in a rush for the bus thought I?d pop in for a caramel frappe there was dirty dishes over the counter overflowing bin and my frappe was watery I left never bothered asking for a new one to be made I put it straight in the bin outside the store I will definitely not be back staff looked like they didn?t care at all

Good as any other outlet. Good location and vibe is pretty decent. Staff are particularly pleasant.

Love visiting this particular store here on a wee visit to town pumpkin spice latte was lovely and my lemon poppyseed muffin. Staff were friendly making sure not to wake my sleeping baby. Caroline was amazing and cheered me up after finding out I?d had a rubbish day

We visited a bit after 3pm and most tables were occupied. Within 10 minutes most people had left, but none of the tables were cleaned by the staff. New customars came in and had to sit at tables full of dirty dishes and empty coffee cups. We wanted to throw away our plastic cups but we could not find a single trash can ?
There are four toilets downstairs, but there is little space to reach the last toilet when someone is washing their hands. They should clean them more often and fix the lights, because they kept turning of every 15 seconds, quite annoying when you are in such a small stall.
We both ordered a caramal frappuccino, which tasted good but were overpriced (as everything at Starbucks..).
