This used to be a really good Starbucks and the staff were absolutely lovely but nowadays the staff clearly don?t want you to be there. You don?t need to speak to customers much or ask any questions but you could at least be semi pleasant. The Buchanan Galleries Starbucks are smashing out it the park with their customer service so I just go there now instead

The lady who served me early this afternoon was lovely, however the guy who was working with her loudly made fun of my appearance and then said ?that was dead loud wasn?t it?? Felt a bit weird and unnecessary. Suppose making fun of customers is part of hospitality, but you should maybe master the art of saying it out of earshot if you?re gonna do it.

Dougies service was excellent, I couldn?t think of the name of what I wanted but he helped me get exactly what I was looking for. A asset to any team!

One of my favourite Starbucks outlet in the Buchanan Galleries and it is always busy, especially at the weekend. The Barista Staff are very good at what they achieve and the coffee shop has a warm, friendly atmosphere ????

I like that Starbucks fine ,can just sit at the window n watch the hustle n bustle of the bus station, or nip in while waiting on a movie , it's a good meeting spot too ... I had the Carmel white hot chocolate on my last visit because it was freezing , It was really nice and pretty sweet The staff seemed friendly too.
