This used to be a really good Starbucks and the staff were absolutely lovely but nowadays the staff clearly don’t want you to be there. You don’t need to speak to customers much or ask any questions but you could at least be semi pleasant. The lady who served me early this afternoon was lovely, however the guy who was working with her loudly made fun of my appearance and then said “that was dead loud wasn’t it?” Felt a bit weird and unnecessary. Suppose making fun of customers is part of hospitality, but you should maybe master the art of saying it... read full comment
