Very unprofessional staff, low key racism, unwelcoming and rude towards customers with families. Pathetic shopping experience. One lady server who was working upstairs in women section I'm between 5-6:30 on Saturday evening of 6th September really needs to learn some basic etiquettes. You don't make faces when you are serving a potential customer. Sports Direct need to choose their salespersons wisely if they want to make sales! When we complained about her unsocial behaviour to one of the members there, they were laughing behind our backs as if it's no big deal. Surely it's not for us, we ended up spending somewhere else!

From the minute I asked for help regarding a shoe size I was met with contempt from one of the girls. Zero willingness to help, and very bad attitude. Veronica if you hate your job so much, maybe try a career not customer focused.

Big store with plenty of stock which is good but this is 2nd time I've been here recently buying something & there's been no one at the till. I've had to wait around until someone eventually arrives both times. Shouldn't there be someone on the till at all times? Apart from that all good ?

Absolutely Disgusting. Got brand new shaq trainers went to try them on once I got home, the shoe I haven't tried on in the shop has a stain on the lace and god knows what it is. WHY are people eating while trying on shoes. If you are eating while trying on WHITE shoes you should automatically be banned people are nasty. Never going back.

In the uk I see only in 2 place not refunds one in ABC cash and curry and sport direct, this is wretched only credit or exchange ?? if you change your mind must you need to buy in this place ? - - - 10 ??

Don?t think to tell you that?s returns are not refundable .
So was left with large credit note . Same applies in the other shop the guy owns house of frasers and flannels

Your customer service is shocking. I took items back that I'd bought for clients for the foodbank I run - despite explaining I may have the change the sizes when I purchased and the staff member agreeing I could do this - I was then refused this option, despite the fact I had my receipt and returned items for a larger size within 7 days. Your staff members are rude, unprofessional and heartless. Your company policy, if this is actually the case, is outdated and essentially theft under any other guise. Will never shop here again - and will ensure I tell everyone how shockingly I was treated.

Sports Direct - Glasgow Forge Retail Park - shocking service
It?s not very often I do this, but today warrants it. I Was standing at the checkout purchasing a couple of sets of leggings and t shirts for the gym - the man before me was clearly distressed and upset at how he was being treated.
Along comes the manager and the situation is explained. He bought trainers for his kids Christmas at the end of November - he sees his kid monthly, the trainers don?t fit, still in the box, perfect condition and receipt as proof of purchase, he wants to change to a bigger size. He?s told no, no escalation point, no gift voucher to put to another purchase, nothing. Stuck with a pair of trainers that he can?t do much with - when he asked for the manager, the sneering git speaking to him says I?m the assistant manager, no escalation point. The man frustrated and visibly upset walks away.
I asked the assistant manager why he can?t escalate, he?s in no mood for any sort of customer service - even when I highlighted that some of the demographic who shop in that store are not exactly wealthy, those trainers were likely a chunk of his money. He doesnt care and won?t even pretend to. I asked him to go bring the man back and I?d buy the larger size trainers for him - his answer, I?m going no where. So with that I thanked the young girl behind the desk and advised her she should find a better employer, and left without buying my items - by the time I got out the shop the man was no where to be seen.
Mr, If you see this, drop me a message - I?m so sorry for how they treated you, you didn?t deserve that.

Staff all very nice. 1less star is that there's always hardly any staff in morning and it's usually busy. only 1person on the till and I feel for them..the till staff are always run off their feet.

My experience has been great.Lot of options from sports wear to sports gear.Cricket, badminton, baseball, football etc, all sports related stuff and even console games are available.
