I bought two pairs of the same tracksuit bottoms in the Paisley store, sizes XL and L, only because there was a big red label ?2 for £23.99?. The receipt clearly shows the discount ? one pair £23.99, the other -£23.99.
At home I realised the L was too small, so my partner went to the Glasgow store (closer to us) to exchange it for XL. Glasgow staff refused to do the exchange and told her she had to go to the Paisley store instead. The Glasgow manager insisted it was impossible that these trousers were on discount and claimed we hadn?t paid for the second pair, treating us like fraudsters and asking me if I had paid with my own card. When my partner, who is pregnant, decided to give up and take the trousers from the counter to go to Paisley, the manager tried to pull them out of her hands. After a brief struggle, during which she was physically manhandled, the manager threatened to call the police, but when my partner encouraged her to do so, she suddenly changed her mind. She then promised that if we went to Paisley, they would fix their mistake, so my partner let go of the trousers and agreed.
In Paisley, the manager admitted the discount was a mistake but refused to exchange sizes unless I paid again(!). They also refused a refund, saying ?discounted items can?t be returned? ? even though they insisted there was no discount. In the end, they took one pair away and I was left with just one pair for the price of two.
Absolute nonsense and zero respect for the customer. Never shopping with this company again. I am attaching photos of the receipt and the promotional label as proof.

Why is it literally impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone at this shop! 2 days multiple attempts and not a single time has a person answered the phone. Will update my review as soon as they pick up. Also your warehouse workers, logistics department and computer systems need an update. 2 things going for you, your customer service via email is pretty good and there was a lovely staff member at the store when I had to go in because you?s can?t pick up a phone.
Ordered online off various vendors and by far this is the worst experience I?ve ever had. Waiting an eternity for a pair of shorts and sneakers.

Needed new trainers so turned up at 6.10pm (after running another errand) on Saturday, only to find it closed despite saying it shuts at 6.30pm on both Google maps AND THE SIGN IN THE WINDOW. Another person who had obviously turned up to shop too went away. Sports Direct has appalling customer service at the best of times as they only seem to have one employee per floor but either change your opening hours online or don't shut the shop 25 mins early. I knew what I was after so would have been 10mins but got what I needed in TK Maxx instead.

The manager of this store is rude , way she treats all her staff is not nice , I've heard it standing in the store . She needs training on customer service and manners . AVOID

I was looking for a pair of pink football boots that matched my size. Sadly there were no pink football boots to match the size of my feet but wrex helped me to find a pair that I liked which fit me perfectly. Great customer service from him.

Incredibly poor customer service. I was overcharged at the till because the cashier scanned a pair of joggers twice and they refused to give me a refund of the excess money and gave me a credit note instead as if I was just making a return. I?m pretty sure this is theft and illegal

Chloe was very kind, friendly and very helpful. She gave me advice for running shoes. Didn?t have one in mind. The first size I tried on didn?t fit me so she happily brought me another two bigger pairs with friendly service.

2 staff on floor and the girl that's served us, her attitude and customer care was awful nice shop just that one girl on the shop floor level 3..
