We have been using Specsavers for over five years. I must say, we receive the best service every time we visit the store. Our eye test appointments are always smooth from start to finish. Communication is excellent. We get reminders for our appointments, and booking appointments is easy, whether online or over the phone. Staff are friendly and professional, especially Crawford. He is so good with kids.
The store is clean and comfortable. Waiting time is short. The assistants and optometrists explain the process, making the eye test more comfortable. The eye examination is thorough and careful. The staff also help with choosing the right frames.
Overall, we are impressed and would highly recommend Specsavers Milngavie for its eye care services.

I was a little sceptical when my GP surgery suggested Specsavers for an audiology consultation. How wrong I was! First appointment confirmed ear wax, second appointment got it all removed in minutes, using a new procedure of removing ear wax by suction. The audiologist was professional, friendly and took the time to talk me through the procedure - I was a little nervous at first. No need, she was wonderful. I would highly recommend Specsavers Milngavie for any hearing issues. Well done!

Nothing short of excellent service from all of the members of staff in the Milngavie branch. I was very worried about my vision, but all the staff and particularly the Optician made me feel like a valuable customer. Ten out of ten.
