What an amazing experience I had from this branch of Specsavers. I recommend visiting them. From booking the online appointment, walking through the door and having the eye examination. Just perfect. Friendly staff, explained every step and process to me and we're highly efficient. No pressured sales pitch, and welcome to visit back anytime. W. Shahid was the optromotist who looked after me, but the members of staff were all equally helpful and assisted me throughout my visit. Thanks for the help. You have my custom and I will certainly be recommending you to everyone I meet too.

This is the best shop for glasses staff are all lovely sooo helpful. Man with black hair spent ages with me helping me try on all the glssses and giving me amazing advice about shape and colour. He really knows his job! Also lady that done the eye test was lovely she explained everything so well and put me at ease, she showed me my eye photos and explained all the parts and any concerns. I will continue to go here wouldn?t go snywhrrr else tbh, and will be booking. My mum in here for eye test as the service was the best!

Our local optician. Always friendly staff. Went in for an eye bath post cataract surgery for my husband. Staff so Astute and aware perhaps something is not right. Before we knew he seen an ophthalmologist. Pics taken etc. He had a small corneal bleed. Had the staff not been so efficient and experienced we would have just plodded on. Very helpful and friendly top class service. Even got my specs cleaned and tightend. Brilliant team. Thank you.

Came in to get new glasses and I could not be happier with the service from start to end. Staff were extremely patient - showed me a great range of glasses to choose from whilst taking into account the style I had in mind. However, due to their expertise, I was also encouraged to try a different style which I'm so glad about as I ended up getting 2 different styles with the 2 4 1 offer. Amazing value, extremely happy with the quality of glasses and overall service. The gent that fitted my glasses was also brilliant. The glasses needed adjusted to fit my petite face and he really took a lot of care and precision in order to make sure they fit properly - this is never an easy task, but he did an excellent job! Will be recommending the store to family and friends :)
