.I was in Specsavers today for a contact lenses appointment with Martin who is so professional and friendly and polite and helpful. I was also seen by Senita who was also lovely and friendly and poiite and professional.Also i was in Specsavers last week and i was seen by a Opticion call Honour and she was lovely aswell very helpful, friendly, polite and professional. I feel Specsavers trongate has really lovely staff with amazing customer service skills ?

Awful company, treated an unchaperoned disabled person like she was a 5 year old. never ever again. Attitude in other branches was shocking. Unbelievable treatment from a so-called reputable company. I will be taking this A LOT further!
Do not even think about replying to my reviews because I am NOT interested in what you have to say. You have had every opportunity to deal with me properly and you haven?t that ship has sailed.

This was my first and last visit to this Specsavers branch. The staff were extremely unprofessional and patronising. Their behaviour was appalling. They were only interested in overcharging me, and when I complained about it, they were dismissive, condescending, and not interested in hearing my concerns. It's pitiful to see a health-service provider run like a fast-food establishment.

Disaster, broke glasses on airplane traveling. These folks mastered the art of the possible and got us back up and running fitting the lenses in a replacement frame in less than an hour. Balil went above and beyond searching for best frames and was such a great help. Thank you!
