Actually great service from specsavers
But during the eye test, the practitioner did some small talk with me and judged my nationality. I provided my CHI no to proofu eligibility with an NHS test so I didn?t think it should be mentioned in the test and I felt offended
It did made me feel uncomfortable
So overall I was happy with services specsavers provided, but not this branch

This was the first time I had ordered my spectacles and contact lenses through Specsavers, and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff at all levels.

I was visiting Glasgow & unfortunately forgot my contact lenses but Thanks to Specsavers and especially Optometrist Lyndsay Shand who not only fit me in for a checkup but sorted my contact lenses and help me get few for my trip. Defo. 11/10?

I bought glasses nearly 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet, i have chase up few times and they confirmed that glasses are ready just need to sent out but still waiting for my glasses. i won't be using this service here again and not recommending to any one.

Horrible service , took nearly a week to get a glass prescription sent over . Was meant to be a 24hr service. Avoid !!!

I came here for an eye test recently and unfortunately the customer service fell below what I expected. When I arrived, I waited at reception without being approached ? I was greeted from a distance instead.
Downstairs, I waited around 10 minutes while staff chatted with each other, with no update or acknowledgment. My optometrist spoke very quickly and quietly, which made it hard to follow, and I didn?t feel much effort was made to ensure I was comfortable or understood everything.
The eye test was completed, but overall the experience felt impersonal and lacked attentiveness/professionalism.

A very easy place to visit, all the staff were polite and attentive, I did not have to wait to be seen at my appointment, so many places run over and expect you to just be ok with it. Eye exams felt very thorough and not rushed, the young lady who did my exam was very informative throughout.
Choice of eye wear seemed to be quite large compared to some smaller opticians, the cost breakdown of both the glasses and lenses was thorough and the two week turn around for varificals seems ok.
