Staff are so lovely here! Massive shout out to Barry who helped us sort out our ticket issue. The seats in this cinema are really comfy and there are so many food options! Way more than you'd find at other cinemas. This place is always always very clean, tidy and impressive.

Went to see Dune 2 last night and the screen was so dark that i couldnt make out what was going on. Only reviewing this because my pervious visit to Showcase was for Wish with my daughter where about 33% of the screen (top left) was out of focus. Two issues in a row means I wont be back. (nice service and seats tho)

Great cinema, great chairs ruined by awful customer service. Waited 30 minutes to get served. I've seen more movement in a doormat than the staff there. To make it worse an assistant manager there serving but not taking control of the situation. Will go back for the films but will purchase nothing from then.

we are becoming regulars at the Showcase....each time we go we have a good experience.Staff are very good and well trained.very clean areas really comfy seats...try the chicken strips by the way.
