“I was locked out my flat because my key broke. I was panicked and ran to timpson to purchase a new key. However, the manager offered to cut a key for me free of charge so that I could get back into my flat. The service here is 10/10 and the manager was super helpful. “Have had fab customer service from Timpson in Silverburn. Got my husbands fob on his car key replaced a couple of weeks ago. Guy in shop said they can't guarantee if it would work but it's worked perfectly. Just got 2 watch batteries replaced today, ready very quickly and got lifetime guarantee with them. Friendly customer service!”
