The people that work there are snowflakes. Me (F16) and my partner (M15) went there to fill up our tires on our bikes using the air and water station. I put £1 in for 5 minutes, as it says on the screen. The machine completely ate my pound coin and only ran for 2 minutes. I went into the building to ask if they could change my £10 note into pound coins and they said they didn?t have enough coins, which is fair enough. My partner then went in to try it and the staff behind the counter were rude to him and told him to ?bugger off?. Obviously out of anger, he gave them the middle finger (as any teenager would do). As we were leaving, the manager (I think) came out and told us that we were barred and if we didn?t leave, she was going to phone the police?. Phoning the police for just trying get money changed to fill up our bike tires. What a bunch of a-holes. Never going back there again, very poor service.

This morning my Daughter (16) was with me buying lucozade sport she was refused as she had to be 21.The Facts1. sports drinks are not energy they use electroltes and carbohydrates to enhance hydration, not caffine dependant2. legal age to buy energy drinks in uk 18 not 21.So maybe use some staff training to save further embarrassing customers
