Garbage customer service and broken facilities. Review written after stopping 28/08/2023 at 12:00. Both toilets out of order. Needed to wash hands. Asked bald staff member if I could wash my hands somewhere as the toilets were out of order. He flatly said no and nothing else. No apologies or courtesy. Why pay a garage so much money that can?t offer garage facilities. Rude unsmiling staff. Not a pleasant experience here.

Similar experience to other reviewers, I witnessed a full-scale barney around 10:30am on Saturday the 25th of September between a staff member (male, short, tattoos) and a member of the public. This concluded with the staff member using serious swearwords over the tanoy and even offering to fight the customer. You really need to have a word with that staff member because they are clearly a scumbag, if that is how they act with the public.

The guy who works there screamed at me over the tannoy before I?d even begun fuelling. I won?t be spoken to that way so I left. I see others reviewing here have had trouble with this staff member so just go to a different petrol station.

Cost of fuel is slightly cheaper compared to some other local petrol stations.... Tho the prices of soft drinks & snacks is extortionate.... Staff are pleasant....
