I find it outrageous and frustrating that they are selling AdBlue 10 litres for £34.99, while the same brand and size is available on Amazon for £14.99. They are charging 133% more than the Amazon price. This kind of pricing is extortionate and unacceptable.

I never leave reviews but I was totally blown away by the guy (I didn't get his name)who was on the evening shift (27-10-22)I left my wallet on the counter and drove off,he found the wallet worked out my phone number rang me and I was able to go back for it,a real honest gentleman and a credit to his employer,he deserves some recognition hence 5 stars...

I AM WHEELCHAIR BOUND AND I PHONED SOMEONE AT THE DESK TO REFILL MY ADBLUE, AND DIESEL I EXPLAINED THIS WAS MY THIRD GARAGE AS EVERYWERE HAD SOLD OUT OF ADBLUE AND THAT I HAD NO MILES TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THE GUY ON THE REGISTER EXPLAINED HE WAS ALONE AND WOULD BE OUT SOON, 20 MINS HOLDING UP A QUE AND THE GUY BEHIND ME KINDLY PURCHASED AND PUT IT IN FOR ME. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER IF YOU HAD THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE, I COULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE. WONT BE BACK.

A once great filling station being ruined by a manager that thinks she owns the company. You've just cost yourself upto 1200 lts a week sale.As for asking customers to give out their pin number so they don't touch the terminal... big no no.Reported to EG head office.

Me and my where out cycling today visiting the cemetery and we are from Cambuslang my daughter ended up with a flat tyre and the bank wasn't working and the man that was working very kindly gave me 50p to put air in her tyre this was about 2pm on Saturday the 20th thank you, ?

This is the worse Shell I have ever been to. Prices are always reaching sky and most expensive fuel and other stuff. I bought bought Adblue gallon which was £19.99 here but other places varied from £12.50 -£15.00 Maximum. The fuel doesn't feel like usual Shell fuel and neither it gives you correct mileage and neither same power. It feels like jungle law where rules and regulations does not mean anything.

Has a separate area for diesel for the bigger vans lorries. . Has a greggs also for all the FATTYS that need 1 ??
