I have been into this shop many times and had no issues. However the other day I went in recieved dirty looks from a staff member before I even interacted with her. I asked if my 3 year old could use the toilet knowing I would 99% be rejected due to store policy. But she's small and like all children tell you they need the toilet and a little toilet dance follows. I was shouted at infront of other customers in store. The member of staff was older with black hair and glasses. There was no need to try and belittle me infront of other people. If you can't deal with customers nicely maybe don't work in retail.

During my visit, a woman entered the establishment with her young child, who appeared to be about 3 years old. The child was clearly in distress, and the mother politely requested to use the restroom as her child was desperate. Unfortunately, rather than offering assistance, the employee responded in an extremely hostile manner. The staff member began shouting at the woman, insisting that it was against policy, and proceeded to humiliate her in front of other customers. This aggressive and demeaning behavior was not only unwarranted, but it was also incredibly distressing for the woman and her child.
What made this situation even more concerning was the staff member?s racial hostility towards the woman. The tone and language used were clearly discriminatory, which was deeply troubling to witness. It?s my understanding that customer service should be about helping and treating others with respect, but instead, this individual exhibited behavior that was both unprofessional and offensive.
Even if it was against policy she could have said it nicely without shouting and belittling the women. The women responded in kindness and humbly. I would not have responded with the grace she did. The staff member had black hair and wore glasses I will not be going into the shop when this staff member is working again.

Best charity shop in parkhead, Margaret is a nice wee woman and has same name as my mum, the other woman who has served me there is nice too although can't remember her name, I've acquired some amazing bits an bobs from here including a pair of Adidas mens trainers for a 5er!!! What a bargain!!! Actually not my only bargain from here, I check here weekly now
