Bill's customer service skills and attitude are terrible. Had to wait several minutes on a manager to come to put a code in to be served as a guest as they demand your personal detials to make a simple purchase. Made me feel like a complete outcast for wanting to buy a pair of gloves without giving them my personal information. And to top if the manager comes a couple of minutes later and says oh your hiding in the corner. What a great way to treat customers. People are entitled to privacy in this country and to be treated like this in a busy shop was appalling. Toolstation is around the corner with better prices and nicer staff. Won't be back again. People's data is worth alot of money and they hate when you want to make an anonymous purchase, they way they respond is shocking. Bill looked and sounded infuriated at my request to be served as a guest. Who would actually trust giving someone who acts and behaves like this there full name and address. What a joke not happy at all.

Have been using the Kinning Park branch for a while now, In all honesty have found the staff to be polite and friendly, with a general good knowledge of the products, big clap to Ross and Amie, excellent customer service.

Had a click and collect order, all was good til 2 weeks later realised the plumbing part I bought was leaky. Just had a look at the box, underneath where they?ve cellotaped my order invoice is an orange ?faulty goods? return sticker, with the description being ?leaky?. Nice to know these guys will try palm off faulty goods to you. Didn?t realise I should be checking whether my purchases are actually new or not. Cheers for that guys ?

Had a plumbing emergency in an old house - came to Kinning Park to get the fitting but turns out it was no longer manufactured.Donna was very helpful in helping me finding the right fittings. The job is now complete and all is well. Thanks again.

Use different branch as a tradesman. Had a fantastic experience at kinning park. Amie S was brilliant from start to finish. Don?t normally leave reviews but have to acknowledge great customer service.
