Went to get some bits and bolts to fit something on the wall, they didn't have the exact size, but also the smallest package was in the 100s, where I only needed 2. However the catchier was super helpful, went and checked online at one of their competitors to see if they have something better suited, which they did, so I was able to get what I was after from there.
I'm sure they send people across from each other from time to time, but putting the customer first in this manner for me is more than worthy of a 5 star!

At "the point", Hamiltonhill.Sh!+!!! Went to buy some fence paint on offer at reduced price.Met at the counter by Brennan a sub normal Scrwefix automaton. Branch manager no less.Tried to sell me expensive paint I didn't ask for...different brand etc.Then he said Screwfix didn't stock the paint their Web page detailed as on offer plus in stock?!!?Suggested I go to B&Q as there would be more stock there...C'ya Brennan.I left perplexed frustrated and angry as I had wasted my time going to Screwfix when tempted by an offer they couldn't fulfill and/or had no intention of providing.Back craic Screwfix, never again.?
