Had a couple of issues that I couldn't get resolved over the phone so took the chance to look into the Argyle steet branch just after opening time without an appointment. Not only was I greeted within a few moments but Shannon took the time to resolve both of my issues without any fuss, I just had to finish on-line enquiries so she made sure I had a place in the branch to complete this and had a colleague Gail look after me. Once completed she made sure everything was okay. First class service and made to feel valued, thank you for your help ladies.

I would give Santander minus 1 star if I could! Awful service! Phoned to change my contact address anyone would think I wanted to withdraw a million pounds! Been on the phone for over 40 minutes spoke to 3 different people all whom I had to go through my security questions. Ryan then finally says we need to call you back for an extra layer of security and guess what? No call back!!!! Fine Santander I wont change my address and wont receive any of your letters or statements!

Arranged a Meeting at Santander Argyll St Glasgowto open a new account, change another and delete another, I was seen by Ivan who professionally friendly and quickly addressed my needs, making sure I was aware of each process before proceeding This made what I thought would be an arduous task easy
I don't post many reviews, but Santander are lucky to have such an Excellent Employee and he deserves any plaudits he is given

Everytime I visit this branch(Argyle St) there's only two staff dealing with customers and I'm waiting at least 15 minutes. In addition the last couple of times the computers have been down and cash machines not working. A total waste of my time! They should never have closed the Forge branch.

Went to santander , Argyle Street, counters closed, so you can't get your money out , maximum £1500, told to go to byres road , about 5 miles away, shocking and staff member told me this has been going on for a week with no end date in sight . Unbelievable

Opening times are ridiculous. They close at 3pm! Just making it more difficult for customers to use Banks now and forcing people to go bankless
