I called the shop this morning, Monday, I have given this shop many good items. The lady I spoke to was obnoxious, she just wasn't interested, she shouldn't work there with her attitude.
I offered new coats, never worn, new jackets, never worn, and 5 rugs that were expensive, and various other items.
They didn't say no before, when given a leather, and brand new fabric suites, and 18 new rugs.
From now on I'll donate elsewhere, thanks to this horrible woman. She should find somewhere else to volunteer, she's not cut out for that shop.

You need to have a good look but you can find some amazing bargains in this shop. Very reasonable prices in clothing and shoes. Also so lovely to see free books for children in the holidays , for me that?s what makes it well worthy of stars. ?

A shameless and time wasting attitude by the person who collect the items, just they don?t want to work and left all items which have been seen by photos and Vedios 3 days before.just waste time and deny to lift item and led me down and put me in bad situation

I could give more than 5 stars if I could for Paula Jones (manager) for her quality service at Salvation Army charity store in Glasgow. She?s been very patient, helpful, humble and kind to customers. We have been in and out of the shop for almost a week trying to decide on what furniture to get , Paula helped us with ideas , measurements as well as going down to the storage to take pictures of another sofa that will be on the shop display the next day.
Jaqueline Frew also was very helpful and kind to help us exchange as well as going back to the back to find a sofa cleaner and treatment for free. Thank you so much guys looking forward to coming back another time though we don?t live in Glasgow.

Shop is a decent size. There used to be a full toy section that's now gone. Items are extremely over priced, sofas at £400.
Amazing dvd selection.

such a good charity shop, i bought all the furniture for my room here, they are very reasonably priced, and the staff are so nice. the lady who charged me at the till discounted each piece of furniture between £5 and £10, they also delivered it to me the next morning and the delivery people were great i really recommend this place especially for furniture shopping
