It is Sainsbury's in Braehead, much like Sainsbury's everywhere.
Stock levels seem appropriate for the time of year.
This is not a store I shop in regularly it is quite awkward to get to and prices are not often as keen as they could be.
I usually go there to purchase some products that are Sainsbury's own brands or are specific to Sainsbury's.
It is a pleasant friendly place to shop that is usually well stocked with quite nice staff.
Stock and aisle layout changed quite a bit since my last visit.
Lots more world foods.
Pleasant Sainsbury Cafe has now changed to a Starbucks franchise.
Big problem is limited checkouts available with customers being put through the self-service checkout area that is poorly staffed.

If someone places an order to have a whoosh delivery and you accept the order, at least have the decency to uphold that and deliver it. Do not keep the delivery in limbo for well over an hour and then, when all the stores have finally closed for the night, cancel it. Thanks to you, my kids are eating a sandwich for dinner after being at their evening club. I'll never use Sainsbury's for anything again. And 5 days before my money is refunded too? Shame on you!

The shop is clean and tidy with good parking, wide aisles help you get about without people blocking access to have a chinwag with their school mate but once it comes time to pay, you?re in for a wait, queues are always massive regardless of the time of day and the self service staff are slower than tectonic plate movement.
I only visit here if there are deals on that I?m interested in.

Scott deserves employee of the month, he is at the absolute top of his game. Promote this man immediately!
I came in to bulk buy drinks for an upcoming festival and he dug around in the back of the warehouse to get me everything I needed. He then insisted on wheeling it out to my car on his trolley, escorting me through the self-checkout. The man is firing on all cylinders making pleasant chit chat, anticipating needs and suggesting things I may not have considered. He provides a platinum service.

Decent store but the forcing of customers to self serve then having to scan receipts on way out otherwise you cannot leave is a bit much.
Random rescanning to make sure you've done their job is a joke.

store is good but there is never anyone at the tills and with two young kids, double pram and a big shop it's brutal using self service check outs. this is also between the hours of 5 and 7pm which is strange to me. Will need to go elsewhere now
