Sainsbury Darnley. things that are good: Disabled parking and knowledge of staff of where products are located. Not so good: as a disabled person with severe spinal problems the lack of trolleys at the entrance was a problem. The poor availability of specific products. I was looking for Sulphite and Nitritefree products and online Sainsbury have the best range of these products but today I couldn't get any of the specific, advertised products. Only 1 manned check out open. Hint: baskets with extendable handles and wheels are much easier to manoeuvre. tried to reply using the QR code but it didn't work.

Took my heavy pregnant friend to the store for a few bits and asked nicely to use the bathroom to be told no?
Pregnant women should be respected by your staff when asking a basic thing like can I use the bathroom.

Lovely well-stocked store, delightful helpful staff. Even look after our good man Seamus. Problem is the level litter right outside. No bin for the public to put the rubbish into so a 5 minute clear up each day by staff?

When i questioned the staff she said it was at the managers discretion. And what else is supposed to do to feed himself.
Well perhaps the manager and shop assistant should give him a job.in the sainsbury.???? To earm money so he wouldnt do this..

I shop in this branch every night of the week after finishing work and i have always had a pleasant experience, evening shift staff are great and go above and beyond.On this rare occasion i went in the morning and upon getting to check out i was ?instructed? by Mandy, that is i want a bag to grab one from the front.I asked if they have any bags behind the counter and if she could assist in packing the bag. To which Mandy replied ?I?m not obligated to pack bags and i only do it for the elderly?. Even though i had seen her pack bags for other customers. It was clear that Mandy is ageist and discriminates.There are people out there with disabilities and injuries that don?t like to talk about them and I have a severe injury in my shoulder that prevents me from having any substance in my grip in my left hand. Not something i want to announce in front of other shoppers.Mandy oozes spite and negativity from all her pores and i am surprised that she is allowed to deal with customers when the words customer service are non existent from her vocabulary.Mandy is a huge ball and chain for her amazing colleagues and a wonderful local branch. Such a let down!

Always had a good experience in this store. The manager 'Zoe' i think is very knowledgeable and keen to help, as are the other staff. Great little store.

Today I was horrified to watch a woman wearing a mask and gloves being allowed to rummage through bananas. This behaviour is in complete contrast to scientific based advice. She is spreading bacteria! Please stop this or I will shop elsewhere
