Have you EVER seen a store with a DEDICATED BAKING AISLE - that does NOT stock GREASE PROOF PAPER??? Like who on earth, in management at this store can stock silver foil, cling film, but no baking paper, have an ENTIRE floor to ceiling section for baking, but NOT stock baking paper? Is that some kind of joke?

This is a medium sized grocery store with most items you need on a daily basis. It is difficult to find Sainsbury?s brand flour here though. There are short lines when paying on most days. Be sure to download the Nectar app to collect points on purchases. Paid street parking available outside the store.

I went in yesterday and a lovely young lady Alice was the most helpful employee I?ve ever come across, she was patient and knowledgeable and overall really made my day. I wish society had more people like her.

It?s a local shop. For local people. And strangers. And students. Slightly higher prices than the bigger supermarket units but with a focus on essentials and meals. Has an ATM and tiny bakery and toiletry section. Till area a is bit small for how busy it gets but it?s serviceable and is open 7-11.

Absolutely shocking I?m standing there in the queue with a can of monster and a packet of crisps and some Jaffa cakes and these two stupid females front of me chatting away to the staff members of Sainsbury?s and they?re both of them were there I?m pretty sure one of them would have served me but no, he kept chatting away to the two females, customers it?s absolutely shocking, you?re standing there like a Muppet and they?re not even serving you

For what products they had available the prices were ridiculously high. Far cheaper alternatives are nearby.

Personally, I alway prefer Sainsbury's because they tend to have better choices for vegetarians even though this store tends to be a little more expensive than their competitors. There's also an ATM next to the entrance, which is not as useful as it used to be. Would be better if the store had staff controlling entry into the store.

I'm not a great fan of sainsburys especially when l can now buy better products at a much cheaper rade in lidl..\\nThey don't seem to trust customers here, staff constantly watching people, makes you feel untrusted.\\nPlenty of cages blocking corridors in this store.

It was my first visit to Glasgow. I got separated from my friend and basically got lost. At 66 I should have known better!\\nWandered into the shop to get a newspaper and hoped for some pointers re direction of my hotel.\\nThe staff . Andrew and a young woman whose name escaped me were perfect! They googled a direction and given the heavy rain on the 11th Jan. suggested a taxi and number to dial. Such kind, sensitive young people. They saved my day. Thank you're amazing!
